Petite Étoile Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.

Size exchanges

We offer free size exchanges for eligible items.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us via our contact page and include a photo. We will replace or refund damaged or incorrect items at no cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Non-returnable items

Custom items and items marked final sale are not returnable.
